Can I make a custom order and how much would it cost?

Yes! Please fill in the form at the bottom of the page describing your ideal piece. The price will depend on the materials used, size and the time required to create the piece. It can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to produce an item from scratch as I do pottery alongside a full-time job.



How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing the order and you will recieve a confirmation once shipped. UK: All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard which takes 2-3 working days. You may opt for a signed 1st class option at checkout for an additional fee. Public Holidays: I do everything I can to comply with customs to ensure a swift clearance but there may be delays during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas) and you may be expected to wait a little longer for your parcel to arrive - unfortunately, this is outside of my control. I try my very best to keep shipping prices to a minimum. I will only charge what it costs me to ship and package items – I do not make any profit on postage.



Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently suspended due to shipping disruptions caused by COVID-19. As soon as conditions become more "normal", shipping internationally will become available once again.
