Standard shipping is FREE to the UK.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order.
You will receive an confirmation once the parcel is shipped.
All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd as standard, which takes 2 - 3 working days. You can also opt for a Tracked Delivery option at checkout for an additional cost, which takes 2 working days.
If you require a more urgent delivery, please let me know in the buyers notes and I will do my best to get the order to you.
I try my very best to keep shipping prices to a minimum. I will only charge what it costs me to ship items - I do not make any profit on postage.
International items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard which normally takes 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on your location.
I do everything I can to comply with customs to ensure a swift clearance but there may be delays during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas) and you may be expected to wait a little longer for your parcel to arrive - unfortunately, this is outside of my control.
Royal Mail International Standard is a service that does not provide a tracking number. If you would like to track the progress of your item for peace of mind, I would highly recommend choosing the 'International Tracked & Signed For' option at checkout.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Each item of pottery is carefully measured and described so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions before making your purchase. All pottery is made by hand in small batches so there small variations may occur. Please check you are happy with all dimensions and volumes in the listing before placing your order.
If you would like to return an item that is not suitable please let me know so I can look out for it and give you an address to which to return it. I cannot accept items returned after 14 days of receipt. Unless an item is faulty, return shipping is your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g. if it gets broken on it's return journey) a refund will not be issued so please ensure it is packaged very carefully. Insuring the parcel is recommended. Personalised items are non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that your pottery is damaged during transit, I will replace the item for you as soon as possible.
